Do I pay more for hotels if I book travel through a travel advisor?

Our modest planning fees cover the time and expertise to design and manage a trip entirely unique to you. Hotel-only bookings are no fee.
We take care of every detail from the initial consultation to your eventual post-trip homecoming and everything in between, allowing you to be present and truly savor your travel experience.

How do you get paid?

Your investment is determined by the scope and overall complexity of your trip, including factors such as number of travelers, length of travel, and destination(s) involved.
In the case of a self-managed hotel-only reservation with one of our partnering hotel properties, a service fee may not apply.
We will confirm your planning fee during your complimentary consultation once we understand your goals for the trip.
What is your fee for travel planning? How much does it cost for a custom itinerary?

Many of these properties come with dedicated concierge service, housekeeping, private chefs, and other staff to enhance your stay—resulting in a stay that combines the space and ease of a private home with the service of a traditional luxury hotel.
I prefer vacation homes and villas when I travel. Do you only work with hotels and resorts?

We take our duty of client care seriously, and that extends to treating your personal information with the discretion that you deserve.
Is the payment process secure? I'm not comfortable with sharing my sensitive information online.
